Just call me Stupid

I should have included this in the annoying post because of how annoying it is, but it really should have it's own topic. I do realize that truck drivers are not all rocket scientists, they are not all ignorant and stupid as well. In my short time doing this I have found that the people doing this job come from all walks of life and intelligence levels. Here at the Screw though (at least the division for which I work) they figure that you are stupid. You are treated as if you are unable to think for yourself. This comes not only from the messages that are very repetitive and wasteful on the qualcomm, but from the way you are spoken to by fleet managers, load planners, or really anybody I have had the pleasure to speak with at this company.
When I ask a question the only answer that ever seems to be available is that "sometimes it is like that", or "sometimes it is like this" or "somtimes it just sucks". I would be willing to be that if I asked them 10 minutes later what the question I asked about was, they would probably have no idea, but I am sure they would know the answer is "sometimes it is just like that".
