Just going to list a few things that annoy me the most working for the screw. Returning from home time to find out you will be waiting for 8 hours to get a load. This is after calling and being told yes be back at your designated time, you will have a load. This happens fairly often, and it happens to quite a few people.

Another of my favorites is when you get your hours back and are told you will not have a load for 6 to 12 hours. Yes this happens nearly once a week. When you ask about it you are told maybe you should take a nap as to not be so tired later. This is after you just finished sleeping from your break. I am unable to do this with my body, maybe some are, but I am not one of them.

I think my all time favorite though is how you are treated with no respect and as if you do not matter at all. It does not matter what the situation is if it does not benifit the company it is not good. If you ask for anything at all you get treated like you are stupid and should never ask for anything unless it is to drive more miles for less money.

Speaking of no money I love trips that have multiple stops within the same city as you get paid no miles to go from place to place. Does not matter if it is 5 or 30 miles, pay is 0 miles. Whatever you do don't ask questions about any of this as the answer will be quit your bitching that is just the way it is, if you do not like it get another job.

Oh well I figure that is why so many people that work here do just that, get another job. As I have said before the money is there to be made, it is just way to much bullshit to put up with to make it seem at all worth it. My pay could be double what it is now and it would still be too much shit to put up with to make it worth it.

So for now I will continue my search for other jobs and continue to be used here until something that will work comes up. There are more things here at the screw that annoy me as well but I have better things to do now other than make myself upset thinking about them.
